Detective Conan does PR work for Japan gov’t
The new campaign of Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs is brilliant! The manga style pamphlet that features the infamous character, Detective Conan, is part of the ministry’s information dissemination project for elementary and junior high school students. This exclusive short manga entitled, “”Detective Conan Investigates the Ministry of Foreign Affairs!” aims to explain what the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is and what its services are. It is reported that the government spent about 5 million yen (roughly 2 million PhP) for the 5,000 copies of the 16-page pamphlet. Wow!

The famous manga and anime, Meitantei Conan, is about a young high school student moonlighting as a detective who in a freak accident found himself transformed into a little boy!
Anyway, you don’t have to go to Japan for this baby since it has a PDF version that can be downloaded at the ministry’s website.
